Social Networking…!!!

No matter how often do we accept, but almost all of us here have had a profile or been a part of a community over minimum one of the social networking websites over the internet.

Discussing these networking sites have been a regular these days in newspapers, magazines and websites alike. But the truth remians that all of us are somewhere or the other hooked to them.

I started with hi5 back in school and jumped from friendster to  myspace to facebook and all the way being loyal to orkut. lately i got aquainted with this networking website called www.linkedin.com

Now, I’m liking it. It happens to be a professional networking website and offers huge scope for professional and business networking. A must for someone like me who would be entering the corporate world soon. I’m still editing my profile there and may become a full fledged member soon.\

I’m gonna run to you…

Yeah it happened… ‘Fresh Beats’… is what i’m talking about(as mentioned in my last post).

I sang. And i sang again. I wished i could sing more. I hope I get to sing some other day.

As the curtains went up… this thin and skinny guy came on to the stage shouting on the top of his voice… “Are you guys ready?”

…”yeahhh”… is what i remember i heard…

“Are you guys with me?”

“yeah…” is what i heard back.

Music had already begun playing by this time and i came up with the song called ‘run to you’ by Bryan Adams.

Wow what a moment. I could sing. I could sing again. And i was singing Bryan Adams. It couldn’t get better.

All this takes me back to the final year of my graduation, where i really teased one of my friends about her singing that she did not sing that year. I’m sorry Swarna… you have an amazing voice. I kind of feel guilty over all that.

Although I really missed anchoring this time around… May be I’ll go for that in the next function.
